I’m Noah Chapman, a former U.S. Marine Corps infantry rifleman with five years of service and a passion for helping others exceed their own expectations. My journey in fitness began with playing organized sports like hockey and lacrosse, where I discovered the discipline, structure, and drive that would later shape my career. After my time in
the military as a Corporal of Marines, I turned my focus to empowering others through health and fitness.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I specialize in bodybuilding and strength training but more importantly, I specialize in unlocking human potential. Whether you're stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing a competitive edge, I bring not just knowledge,
but lived experience, grit, and accountability to every session.

As a dedicated personal trainer with three years of experience in both group and one-on-one settings, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and become the best versions of themselves. My journey in fitness began with my collegiate football career, where I played for two years and developed a deep understanding of the importance of physical and mental well-being. This experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to guide my clients through tailored fitness programs that not only enhance their physical strength but also boost their confidence and overall health.
